Please refer to tracking information via email correspondence for tracking number and carrier.  We are not responsible for lost packages once they are shipped. Contact the shipping carrier directly, should any issues arise.

Items ship separately. Box ships flat and some assembly is required. We promise that putting it together is easier than wrapping a present. Assembly instructions below.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

Step 1: Remove the protective film from the stickers located at each of the four corners of your box.

Step 2: Once the stickers have been exposed, gently pull the sides of the box up until your box takes its correct structure.

Step 3: Press and hold the edges of your box so that they connect with the sticker attachments of your box. (Hold for 3-5 seconds to ensure the stickers are secured).

Step 4: Since this will be the first time your box is assembled, you will need to snap the magnets together 3-4 times so that they properly magnetize.
